The place was spotless, staff was absolutely kind. I have just spent 3 days in triple room and I loved it. Delicious breakfast, great service. Unbeatable location to a Gothic - style castle.

The property was convenient, the staff was charming, everything else was good too. The breakfast was superb, I liked its variety. Having different free soft drinks in the music bar was a very nice touch. Top location, within walking distance of el Tub. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was glorious.

Thank you for a perfect experience, I recommend it. The check-in was early, the room was great-sized, the breakfast was sensational. Pool was excellent and the staff were lovely. A beautiful beach, great view. And it was next to a bus stop.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying here. Exceptional view, a big balcony, good bed, too. Great stay in this downtown area. We loved a small restaurant.

Honestly nothing to complain about. On-site restaurant Jaime 3 Food&Drinks was a bonus, had dinner there. The spa lounge worked very well...

A wide range of extra supplies: a mini bar fridge, a heating system and TV. Fine bathrooms with a jacuzzi. The place is 1 km away from Palma de Mallorca downtown. Sauna was available too. Excellent home base for 5 nights.

Good position right by a bus stop. Our stay was GREAT and we would definitely book here again.
